Terms & Conditions
Deposit payment for courses can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
FINAL PAYMENT FOR YOUR COURSE: This must be paid no later than 14 days before the course date.
The course tutor will contact you with final payment details, full course information and directions to the venue once your final payment has been received.
Manuals are emailed to you once you have made your deposit payment. You will then be able to read this and print it out. (Manuals can be posted to you at a cost of £8 each)
Please bring your manual to your training day.
Cancellation of a Course:
• Courses that are cancelled 7 days or less before the course start date are not applicable for refunds. 100% of the fee will still apply.
• Course date changes will incur a £35 admin fee. Dates may only be changed once and require 7 day's notice
• All deposits are non refundable. (£60 of a special priced course is considered a deposit)
In the unlikely event the course date you have chosen is cancelled by the tutor you will be offered alternative dates or venue.
If you cannot attend this date we will refund your deposit and or full course fee if this has also been paid.
It is your responsibility to check that your insurance company will cover these courses before booking. If you do not have insurance, we can provide details of insurers who will cover you.
We endeavour never to cancel a course. If only one student is enrolled on a training day, we will try to provide a model, but this would result in you not receiving a treatment. We specialise in small classes to ensure quality tuition.
Practical Day Training (Intensive One-Day Courses):
We offer intensive one-day courses (we recommend you read your course training manual sent to you before the course)
. You need to be in good health and ready to study on your training day.
Please inform you tutor if you have any medical conditions before the course.
Do not drink alcohol 48 hours before course as you will be dehydrated.
Please inform your tutor of any medication you are taking before you receive a treatment.
Certificates are only given once students have demonstrated that they have absorbed the information presented during the day and after applying a satisfactory treatment observed by the tutor. (Final exam and assessment)
To ensure that we carry out good practice, should the tutor feel that you would benefit from further training, your certification will be held back and you will offered the opportunity to attend the next available course, which you will be required to pay again in full.
Arriving at Your Course on Time:
Please allow plenty of time to arrive at your course. We suggest arriving 15mins before your course is due to start.
